What is Shockwave/Flash 4?
Below are some common problems and how to fix them. Shockwave is a plug-in for your browser that lets you view Shockwave content. It displays vector graphics (which makes file sizes incredibly small), it is scalable to fit any sized browser window and is fully interactive.
Where can I get Shockwave?

You can get it here. It's only 100k and is totally free. If you need a different version go here.

My browser won't let me download Shockwave!
Your browsers security settings are set to "high", which stops you from downloading the plug-in. You need to change the setting to "medium" and download it again. This is mainly an internet explorer problem - to do this in Microsoft Internet Explorer go to Tools>Internet Options>Security> and check Medium. Remember, you can always change it back afterwards.
What happens after I've downloaded it?
It should install automatically in Microsoft Internet Explorer. In Netscape, you might have to install it yourself. Simply double-click it and run through the short installation process. You won't even have to restart your browser.

All I get is a broken plug-in icon (A little jigsaw piece) in the corner of the screen.

Something has gone wrong with the download and installation process. Restart your browser and try the rocess one more time.
Your site runs slowly on my computer.
The site is designed to run on a Pentium II 400Mhz and upwards. Obviously, the faster your computer, the faster the site will run. Other things you can do to speed it up is close down other processor intensive applications and make your browser window smaller. You can also right-click on the movie and uncheck high-quality.
